January 2021:
We're optimistic about a better year for 2021! We start the year with a new batch of little kids and are excited to see their progress! We also have a solid crew of 12-14 year olds, some 16-19 year olds, and a group of adult members. Weekly lessons are in progress with Courtney Sendak and Linda Dean. Quiz practices will begin in mid-January.
2020 recap:
We held lessons and Quiz practices until mid-March, and hosted a Games Challenge on March 8th. After that, everything was shut down until the end of May, when we cautiously resumed mounted lessons. In August, we held rating days where 7 of our members achieved new certifications. We also sent members to a regional clinic, and the only regional rally held in 2020, the socially distant dressage rally.
